Terms of service.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of any membership, online course, digital content, coaching programme, or related services (together, the "Services") provided by Angelee CC Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Services.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, & legally capable of entering into binding contracts to purchase or access our Services. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  1. Consumer contracts

If you are purchasing a course or coaching as a consumer (as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 – namely you are buying the course as an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside of your trade, business, craft or profession, the following shall apply:

  • you have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days of the date of this agreement by emailing us at admin@angeleecc.com or by using the form of cancellation annexed to this agreement at Annex 1. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. If you cancel this agreement, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you in relation to the agreement within 14 days after the date on which we were informed about your decision to cancel this Contract; and

  • you agree that we may begin the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium before the end of the cancellation period and you acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation rights in relation to such digital content; and in relation to the provision of any additional services under this Contract:

  • you hereby request immediate performance of the Contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal from the Contract once the service contract is fully performed; and if you cancel the Contract before the services have been fully performed, you agree that you will pay for the supply of the service for the period for which they are supplied. The amount payable will be in proportion to what has been supplied, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

If you are not purchasing as a consumer, the above provisions shall not apply.

 

  1. Membership & Course Access

  • Memberships and courses are provided online via our chosen platform.

  • Access is granted for the duration stated at the point of purchase (monthly or annual).

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or remove content to keep it relevant and accurate.

  • Access is for personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or transferred.

  1. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before access is granted, unless a payment plan is offered.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing paid periods.

  1. Subscriptions & Renewals

  • Where a membership is offered on a subscription basis, it will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through your account or by contacting us.

  • No refunds will be given for partial subscription periods.

  1. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Services:

  • Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated.

  • Where a specific refund or cooling-off policy is offered, this will be clearly explained at the point of purchase.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided within the membership or courses, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content

  • Share login details or materials with others

  • Use content for commercial purposes without written permission

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or harmful

  • Disrupt or interfere with the platform or other members

  • Share defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate content within community spaces

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these rules are breached.

  1. Community Guidelines

If your payment includes a community element (e.g. forum, group calls, or online group):

  • Respectful behaviour is required at all times

  • Confidentiality of other members must be respected

  • We reserve the right to remove members who act inappropriately, without refund

  1. Coaching, Education & Financial Disclaimer

Our Services are educational and informational only.

  • We do not provide regulated financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

  • Any examples, case studies, or results shared are illustrative only and not guaranteed.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

If you require specific financial, tax, or legal advice, you should consult a qualified professional.

  1. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide high-quality content and support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, results, or financial performance from participation in our Services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from use of the Services

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Service

This does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
